A. IPv4 address have 32 bits. To have a sensible division into classes you need to use at least 2 bits. Excluding the highest order and lowest order bits there are 30 bits left. So you can at most have 30/2 = 15 classes ?!

I used to have a web address space on the top of my screen, but it is no longer there. How do I get it back?
Q. I never changed any of the settings on the page, or add any additional buttons to be displayed. I also cannot find any link to click on that will have each page revert back to the settings that were initially in place when I bough tthe computer.

A. All you have to do is Right click in the empty space next to your toolbar buttons (usually on the right side of your screen), point to "Address Bar" and click on it. That's all there is too it. Good Luck.

Q. I want my company to have redundancy for incoming connections. We have 2 internet providers connected through our own BGP router. How do I use ARIN naming to make sure my connections stay up?

A. Is the domain registered through both of the providers? If so, if one of them goes down, then you should still be up through the other. You can test this easily by disconnecting the inbound line from one provider, and try to get to the site from an external computer. Reverse the connections and try again to confirm both connections.

Can I stop pop-up advertisements from popping up in my Yahoo Mail address space, i.e. Inbox window?
Q. I don't care to look at "celulite boodies" or other glittering advertisements everytime I go to my mailbox. Sometimes the pop-up ads interfere with my mailbox info showing up on screen and I have to backtrack and try again.
